Great facility. Lots of things to do like swim,!using the machinery, and especially the basketball court. Weekends the basketball court is packed with young guys my age.

Friendly staff, clean I would say it’s comparable to my home gym in Hicksville NY.....my favorite place only wish at Hicksville they had a steam room in addition to sauna

Very good and clean gym, swimming pool basketball court and so on, a lot of place for training.
Knock knock... Who's there? NOT the lifeguards. LATE AGAIN TO OPEN THE POOL - which by the way is a cloudy as a dreary winters day - how about using a bottom vacuum once in a while? The band-aids and debris at the pool bottom are sketchy.
