NYSC Stamford CT love the trainers Meleak, Briana, Robbie, Logan, Sal, are not only awesome trainers but great people who generally care about your well being. I love the Bootcamp and spin classes. Friendly atmosphere. Only down fault is the equipment. Spin bikes need to be updated along with cardio equipment.
Like the space and one level. Some of the cardio equipment is old and often not in service. Also lots of slobs work out there - that don't re-rack their weights or put back their equipment and leave their towels and garbage around. Need the staff to keep more on top of that and the disgusting locker rooms
