I recently decided to rejoin NYSC in Butler after changing my membership to Retro in Fairfield a year ago (thank god I didn't cancel retro because that place, is amazing!) The primary reason I came back was to take advantage of being within close proximity to the gym and for spin classes. What a huge disappointment! The spin instructors are fabulous however the spin bikes, several of which have been broken for months, need to be fixed or replaced! My Zumba class was fantastic today but the gym is too hot. Members keep complaining but it doesn't get resolved. Been going on for weeks now
