Y are you charging for our membership your gym is closed crooks
Impossible to cancel membership ! Runarounds , excuses , keep charging my account . I was told yesterday that I should come back today to speak to a manager and manager wasn’t in again. I’ve been calling , going in person , no one can help. On my way out I was approached by someone with the same issue , looks like another lawsuit will be filed soon. I’ll keep you guys updated 😏
I have been trying to cancel my family member's membership based on the fact that they are permanently completely disabled, 100% wheelchair bound, unable to stand, walk, talk and barely swallow, and the Manager, Christian Gomez, insists on charging me a 45 cancellation period. Talk about the worst company I've ever dealt with. Used car salesmen tactics, the employee acknowledges they billed us on their own by "assuming" and the company still won't do anything. They just take from the customer with no regard. SAD to see this is what companies resort to. Don't pressure people to sign and then push them through the system to milk them. It's a shame because they have a lot to offer equipment-wise, but you'll never get out of the place with your soul. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Service level is currently non existent here. Simple things like getting ESPN reactivated on treadmills and other machines basically ignored or given a vague answer such as we are “waiting for the technician.” Rediculous, I asked about this for the first time on Monday, August 26 and have elevated it to on site management at least 3 times since. It’s now the 14th of September... almost 3 weeks later... there is only so much CNN, Fox and Kardashian’s a person can put up with.
I go to the Livingston, NJ club. The lifeguard quit so the pool has not opened consistently during the week. They raised my rates w/ the promise of "improvements" and nothing has been done. A lot of equipment is broken and doesn't get fixed. I will be looking for a new gym within the next 2 months if nothing changes.
I get what I need from my experience. I agree, increases are a surprise with no prior notification.
This club rips off its members! Charged me for using a club in NYC. I’ve never used any other location but the one in Butler. They told me I was lying and refused to cancel the charges of over $700 dollars. I advise any member to keep a sharp eye on your account statements. I naively trusted them and got screwed.
