the customer service is trash, ive called and emailed 8 different numbers trying to discuss my membership nd i have gotten an automated reply about an app. i need to cancel my membership, someone answer a phone, call me back or email me

Recommendedthe gym is one of my favorites but needs to fix some of the equipment and is very convenient for me
This gym is very dirty. There are broken cardio machines, weights are never put away. The management has been told if these issues do many times but they don't seem to care.... They respond with comments such as "if you think it is dirty why do you come here".
This place is a 0, a scam. The manager Julia in billing is a fraud trying to hold my money when I don’t even go there. I was mistakenly checked in. Find a better gym it wont be hard.
NEVER JOIN THIS GYM THE MANAGER IS VERY AND REFUSES TO TAKE AN UNNECESSARY FEE WHIVH I WENT TO ANOTHER NYSC AND THE OTHER MANAGER AT THAT ONE GYM TOOK IT OFF!! THE MANAGER HERE IS VERY LAZY AND REFUSES TO HELP OUT CUSTOMERS HE WS GETY RUDE TO ME AND HAD TO HAVE MY HUSBAND TALK TO HIM NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER JOIN NYSC AGAIN JOIN PLANET FITNESS INSTEAD MUCH BETTER JOIN NO HIDDEN FEED
Rude staff, Rude managers. Dirty gym. Got a rash from this gym that i needed antibiotics to treat, tried to cancel my membership two months after because i refuse to go here and they expect me to go to the store to cancel. The manager i spoke to was horrible.
