This place is an absolute JOKE and DISGRACE!! ��� As if the filth and lack of sanatory products weren't enough of this shit hole gym!! Now they raised my monthly payment yet again WITHOUT my concent, notice, agreement, nor signing of anything to almost DOUBLE what I started out paying!! Today they got rid of towels to shower so we have to bring our own!! Final straw I NEED A NEW GYM in the Caldwell area with a SAUNA!!
Convenient but this place really gets to be a mess. As I write this it's the worst I have ever seen it. Weights and equipment strewn everywhere. Sure it's the members but reflects on the club.
So the front desk guy at this club told my daughter that they had cancelled her membership on Jan.14. The next day, they charged her $70 even though they told her there was no cancellation charge. She called 15 times before she could reach the manager who only called her back after a threat to report to corporate -- and this woman was then very rude to my daughter. Avoid this place at all costs -- they are scammers. Same as Elizabeth C's story.
If I can give this facility Zero stars I would. They have consistently billed me for services I didn’t Have and it’s a hassle to get my money back! The misinform you of their services and then you can never get a hold of the GM to fix things!
The staff under the supervision of Joe are simply outstanding! None better 👍 The facility is extremely clean, including the locker rooms and showers. Had a great workout, with numerous pieces of equipment to choose. Wish I lived closer
Really need to update equipment. A lot of it is old and broken.... just want my memberships worth of good equipment.
