A little crazy on the weekends, but late morning or evenings are a great vibe
3 of the 5 stair master machines are out of order for more than 2 weeks at a time, they have no Purell in the dispensers & they have no paper towels any longer at all in the bathrooms ... this place sucks period

I was a menber, I had a great deal, however the day I join, I left New York on a business trip, and got stuck in Florida for three months, during which I called managers and explain my situation, I never attend Gym for a minute and I was never refunded my yearly fee or any and all fees was taken out my debit card with in the first week of joining This is robbery !!
I really like the instructors and classes, they are great! Besides, the front desk people are so nice and helpful.
The instructors are excellent. The fitness manager is working hard to improve the experience. The cleaning staff is hard-working. The machines do get dusty, mostly due to the nature of the environment. But the cleaning staff is always on top of it. Let's face it, some members are not willing to do their part-wipe down machines after using, also some women leave the locker room bathroom dirty, leaving their water bottles, towels and paper items on the floor. Best thing about this club for MAJORITY of members is location near home and plenty of free parking. Also the staff, the classes and Freeman the personal trainer are excellent. Your personal and property safety is incredible for the 22+ years I have witnessed. Also in the morning it is a nice spot to say hello to the same people every morning.
