NYSC, let your members know your plan for billing while you are CLOSED due to Covid-19 like EVERY OTHER GYM. Announce that you are freezing any future billing until you are able to reopen, like EVERY OTHER GYM. This is the ONLY thing you can do without losing ALL your clients.

Membership cancellation issues like so many others here. I cancelled my membership in person and I was assured that was the final step. Now 3 months later, they keep charging my card, deny having any record of my cancellation, tell me I should’ve have waited for a phone call (that never came) to confirm the cancellation. The manager is also never available and doesn’t return phone calls. Way to build customer goodwill and loyalty. This place is just awful I wish we had another gym uptown and I wouldn’t have to come here. One time I was harassed by a trainer who watched my friend and I work out then she proceeded to google us to see if we ourselves were personal trainers. All the equipment is run down always breaking and this right here is the ONLY set of ropes in this place what a disgrace.
1 star - Shady business practices where an annual fee is waived per agreement, but surprises you the following year with the fee because they simply don't care about you. The agreements are, therefore, garbage and you will be screwed over.
