Stop your deceitful billing practices of hiding the true cost of membership by sneaking in an annual fee. There's no extra benefit for paying the fee, you have to pay it no matter what. The only reason for the fee is to make their membership look cheaper when you sign up. The right thing to do is break it down into 12 monthly payments and add that to the monthly charge. Def could be cleaner. Maint employees walk around vacuuming all the time but there are puddles of sweat they just ignore. Weights upstairs are NEVER where they’re supposed to be, you have to hunt & find. Need a bigger mat section for stretching. It’s convenient coming here & better then Synergy.. so, I come. Never had a problem with the staff, they all seem nice
Dirty - carpet in women’s locker room smells disgusting - machines are dirty - the pool looks horrid- I have a premier so I can go to any - but Long Beach is convenient but venture to others close by - my gym closed so I was forced to find a place to do cardio since I weight train privately .... this place needs serious HELP!!!!
Place has been a shit hole for the last half year, we need a new fitness manager of we even have one here! Place is a mess machines are broken and take months to fix, start taking control of this hell hole orr me and all my friends will start convincing people to switch to other gyms that actually take care of members. I've been a member for 10 years and I've had enough. Find a fitness manager that knows what he's doing! No one cares that your prices are lower, that just shows you've realized the place is a dump..
Place is kept horrible ... machines always broken which take more than 4 months at a time to fix . Now 2 days in row no towels... another day with no towels.... every elliptical needs to be replaced not serviced . Anything that breaks takes a minimum of 4/6 months even if it’s just a screw ... same elliptical since sandy.... not ONE is smooth
