They are overcharging me enormous fees long after I cancelled my membership. Bad record keeping? Recently got a call from a trainer for an appointment. I told him I had left the club.
Worst Gym i ever been to old broken equipment. Employees are awful. They lie about contracts. Would never recommend this awful gym to anyone

We cancelled our contract on 2.1.2017 and did not realize that the childcare facility that is on offer at the club was a separate contract. Shame on me for not checking my accounts properly but the card i used was not one that i use regularly anyway. When I emailed Mario, the Marketing Manager, he told me there’s nothing he can do for to refund me. Instead he offers me a credit. As if. I have been a member here for about 15 years. Each year the Long Beach location gets worse. Since the beginning of the summer it has felt like there has been no air conditioning- to the point that the mirrors in the class room are completely steamed up (see picture.). They have been out of cleaning wipes for months- so there is no way to wipe down the equipment which is disgusting, especially during flu season.
