Sauna is always broke and takes to long to be fixed

This is the worst place - they have ZERO customer service, they have no manners, and they are not helpful whatsoever. I feel like I called the reject line and I pressed one for consoling because it was sorry we can't do anything, sorry. I have sent them so much business I was a member for years. I moved and they are charging me the yearly fee and a cancellation fee for both my sister and I. If you haven't signed up for this place don't they will just take your money at the end. I love this gym, I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's always clean and The staff is very helpful and professional. Showers are luxurious and the sauna is amazing...
Terrible customer service. Make sure to check your credit card charges, they bill you invorrect amount and twice in a month. After all good luck to get somebody on the phone or at clubs to help you out to resolve it, I have been chasing the manger Camille for a month now. Even 1 star is too much for this club.
