I would like to say I’ve been a Member for a few years and while most of the staff is shaky Carley is by far the best she is very Personable easy to talk to and will go above and beyond to make your experience at the Nysc feel like home Thank you for everything
We go to the NYSC Bayonne because it convenience.. If I can rate this a “negative” star I would.. just on the condition of the place alone.. it’s the little things.. the duct tape used on equipment simple because they won’t replace a cushion. It’s the broken faucet handle that the refused to fix for weeks or the constant running out of purell wipes (using paper towel and water bottle as a replacement)...not mentioned the AC in the class room was broken for weeks in the middle of the summer and rather than getting the AC unit... read more
7 weeks with no ac in the studio. part was supposedly ordered June 24; it's now mid-August. management doesn't seem too concerned.
Only getting two stars because there’s usually parking and it’s on my way home from work. But Christ. I loved this gym when I joined 2 years ago for $19.99 a month but a couple of Years later and now I’m paying like $44 a month. You think for that amount it would at least be clean. Machines are constantly broke and it takes weeks to get them fixed. Sauna break at least once every couple of weeks. And now they don’t have any towels �. Trust me. If only we could write a review with negative stars. To begin with, horrible staff - worst is new General manager- Matt who never returns any phone calls, always pretends has no time & very rude. Last year, they charged our credit card about $100 which was not supposed to be & now after going through months of painful follow up, dealing with new staff every other day, Matt asked us not to call him. He doesn't want to help, doesn't want to follow up, refund our money or most importantly doesn't know how to be polite at all. W... read more
I love � Nysc the staff is very friendly the pool is awesome and the Sauna is great
I really like this club. Parking is great, staff is cool but for the past couple of months the equipment has been going down hill. Over half of the cardio machines don't work, circuit machines too are always breaking down, 2 of the showers won't stay on or sometimes slip into the hot mode. One toilet sprays out water from the pipe when you flush it. I'm mean it's getting close to not being worth the membership. It's weird the staff is so cool but all of these things are in disrepair.
