I just noticed that my account was debited for membership fees for April even though NYSC Great neck is closed. Why have NYSC took the fees when it is not even open. i tried to call the gym so many times in march to put me m a hold or to cancel my membership. please cancel my membership and kindly refund me april fees and half of march when the gym closed.

The great neck facility is continually difficult to check in -lines out the door on sat /sun mornings and after signing up for classes w confirmed email they still don't have your name on "their" list. They try hard but antiquated process and too much human errors! I
One of the worst gyms I've ever been to. So much of the equipment is broken. The classes are not challenging. You can't even find a matching set of weights on the 2nd floor. After we canceled, we were still getting charged. It's really unfortunate since the location is so convenient to the LIRR. NYSC should be ashamed of this location.
Once you make it passed the front desk employee who is perpetually campaigning for Trump, it's a nice club.
This gym owes me hundreds of dollars & still hasn't refunded me. They've been overcharging me for months. I've already spoken to three managers and nothing has been done to get me my money back. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Very unprofessional and don't care about their members. I've never experienced this with any other gym. Do not join NYSC unless you want to be scammed and charged for services you never agreed to.
I always love NY Sports Club. The only thing I would love a change would be the bathrooms. The shower head is full with mildew and tiles on the wall and floors. I been to other NY clubs and they have full equipment of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This club could be a little cleaner in the bathrooms. I now know why people just work out and leave.
Stay away. You will be billed for services you never agreed to and don't want. And if you do complain they won't refund your money. The place is a total rip-off and they couldn't care less about keeping members happy.
