I’ve been a passport member for over 10 years . This is the best location in Brooklyn. That other one a few blocks up needs a make over !!! You guys rock
There hasn't been AC in the class fitness studio for over three years. On summer days, the ambient temp in there goes well over 90 degrees. (I've checked it on a thermometer) Management seriously does not give a shit. When you complain they just deny any problem, and tell you that you're the first one to ever complain about it. Or they say it's being worked on, or some other excuse. This is my home club, but I cannot use it between May and September because the studio get DANGEROUSLY HOT. I'm going to abuse the facility. It's great! I really push myself and the staff is very polite & attentive.
