The gym is clean and has a good atmosphere. You don’t need to travel far in the gym to workout
I would advise NEVER using NYSC. Upon cancelling, they charge you (a) 2 months further membership, (b) another annual fee, and (c) a cancellation fee. The GM and Business Directors are dismissive. I was a member for 2 years, left due to long term AC issues, smelly bathrooms, and lack of care shown after an item of mine was taken. This is what I walk into this morning!! Disgusting!!!!! And still no wipes!! We pay way to much money for this foolishness. And fix the AC!!!!!!! I am going to report this to the board of health!!!!!!!!!!
Cobble Hill NYSC has become a disaster. No soap, wipes to clean off machines, bikes for spin broken on and off for a year, and NO WORKING ventilation with no fan to help .It is dirty, infested . I have been a member for 20 years. WHAT HAS HAPPENED?!!!
The staff is great. a variety of machines.
Worst place ever. This place has over 625 complaints with BBB, hundreds with consumer complaint boards, yelp reviews confirm the personal training scam deceptions. Stealing hundreds of dollars from innocent victims including college students on budgets. This place should be investigated criminally. And Amex and all major credit card companies should stop allowing them to process charges from this place. I have been. Member for a very long time! This is one of the best location. Kyle is the best he works at the front desk. One thing that i startting to concern me. The spin room. To many broken bikes! They fix them, they work for a week and break again. PLEASE fix the broken bikes! So more people can get in the classes! Also the amount of dust bunnies i see in the gym. Cleaning staff needs to step it up!
My favorite guy at the front desk is Kyle. Always pleasant and he greets me by my name�
