excellent experience. I am looking forward to be there on each passing day. the instructors are so dedicated and knowledgeable. I enjoyed total body conditioning, body pump and cycling .
I have work out at many different gyms on and off for the last 26 years, more than half my life. Since I started at NY Sport club Forest Hills the staff are well train , there by far the most kindness, educated in there field and professional I have experienced. Love my NY Sport club family!
Staff is terrible... You are on your own while on the workout floor Never anyone EVER to help out and keep organized
Great gym other than the fact that it's usually crowded unless you go in the middle of the afternoon.
NYSC club owes me $ and won't pay me back. Although, I have emails from them saying they will pay. Hate them!
