The locker room looks like a hurricane came through and made a disaster. However, overall they have good equipment and it’s pretty quiet in the mornings.
This gym has gone down Hill in quality . Also they have pooor customer service. They avoid canceling your membership despite you following their procedures. Trey gave an F on BBB and refuse to answer/ correct issues. I truly warn ppl against going here. They are a nightmare. Don’t waste your money and mental health.

So badly managed. There is one bosu ball in the entire club. Locker rooms are a mess as well as the club in general. A dump!
This is a super sports club!
Stay away from NYSC FH - you have been warned ...go to Manhattan locations Rudest millennial members and class groupies into bullying ... When I moved to Forest Hills last year, I was warned by 3 Upper Eastside NYSC instructors not to go to this location and by 2 friends ... they refuse to sub classes here because of the members.....I didn’t heed their advice .... big mistake! Lesson learned

Clean and hospitable environment. They could use a few more adjustable benches though, it can get crowded in free-weight area.
