Every time I go there it's something new, now there is a pre check in they email, text, call you days before and you fill out information ok that's fine then you get there and you have to check in AGAIN with the same questions how ridiculous is that?? Now I go today and you have to scan a QR code and re answer the questions on the Pre check in they send you . I swear whoever thought of this system must be insane it make absolutely no sense other than making ppl mad !
Brought my significant other here today for a procedure and ended up being a living nightmare for her. First of all, she is a survivor of a brutal sexual assault as well as being immunosuppressed. My wife was a patient at New York Spine and Wellness since 2010, this week she was terminated as a patient because she questioned a change in the dosage of a medication that WAS NOT discussed with her by the Np she saw. Multiple times she asked for a call to discuss the changes and only received passive aggressive replies from the triage nurse manager. The NP has reduced the dosage by 1/2 but what wasn’t revealed was that he adjusted the amount that could be taken to 1 to 2 pills which would correct the concern. Unfortunatel... read more
kicking me out. I was kicked out the day of my first appointment because I had the baby with me I was unhappy about it and called about it then the lady said give us a second chance so I said ok I need to get this fixed I am sick of being in pain. I go back I get in everything set for a nerve block the day before my nerve block they called me and said we are no longer going to have you as a patient
Absolutely horrible. I would expect an initial comprehensive assessment to be by a doctor, but that was not possible. The only treatment offered by the nurse was a nerve block injection procedure. No exploring any of the other options, and was pretty insensitive when it came to trying to understand my situation. This is definitely a business first, medical practice second.
