The guys worked hard in freezing conditions this week and did amazing work! They are friendly but very respectful of your space and they CLEAN UP after themselves as they go. Love my windows, especially the challenging picture window which they conquered beautifully! Thanks guys!!!

We just had nine windows installed and a huge sliding door. All the guys were professional and worked together getting the job done in a very timely manner,and cleaned up after. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new construction or replacement windows. Thank you New York sash for all the hard work.

We had our bathroom renovated .The service was excellent The two men that did the work did a great job . They were on time , clean and did excellent work . I was pleased that they finished so fast . There Windows do what they say we have had them in now for about 15 years. Now we have one that is all come unsealed and foggy. We were told when technician was here it would be replaced in July that was 2 years ago. We also had our siding done at the same time with doors. Now we have holes in siding and was told since we had extra NY Sash would do the repairs. No one has been here since. I had Windows installed in April, 2017. The salesman was great, the installers professional. When I started opening one window regularly, I noticed one opened easily the other was stiff. As they both worked and locked, I didn't call NY Sash. A week ago, Sept. 21, I shut the window, and it wouldn't lock. I pushed up on the top, and it moved. I still couldn't get it to loc.
