seems extremely hard to get a repair contacted middle of may and then again with pictures actually stopped by to ask about part s order and each time was told They would contact the manufacturer I asked that they send me a copy of the contact so I would have an idea never happen asked if they would send a rep to check the window that will not tilt in or shut completely because of the boots? still have not Explained that I do not have central air so The fact that Ican not open the window is not advantageous this ... read more
I had a large window installed by NY Sash four years ago at the home I owned at the time. I have since purchased a new home that needed new windows, I automatically thought of them, I just had six windows installed, everyone from the salesman Kevin to the install team were great. They were professional and I love my new windows
9/29/21 - It was a pleasure to meet Sean and Tanner. They were professional and kept us informed of what was going on throughout the bathroom remodel. They got the job done in record time, answered our questions, and thanked us for doing business with them. I must also say they did a super job cleaning up after the project was done. We had our bathroom renovated .The service was excellent The two men that did the work did a great job . They were on time , clean and did excellent work . I was pleased that they finished so fast .
