I have never witnessed such an extreme anger outburst His meltdown started when I expressed wanting to ask questions. It concluded with him telling me he only got $82 for treating me.

Made me feel comfortable and more important explained nature of a very complicated eye surgery. The surgery lasted 3 hours, since I was awake, aware how focused he was. Surgery was a success and excellent follow up. Unusual for surgeons, he brings a warm, personal touch to the process
