Incredible Transformation – I've been working out with Geo since July of 2010. I am a teacher who deals with an incredible amount of stress daily. I was a mess when a friend recommended NYPT. The space is clean, the staff knowledgeable and polite. Mike, the boss, is friendly and approachable. You want to get fit?->meet Geo! – Ive been working out with Geo for the past 3 month. Besides that I lost so much weight I am just feeling great and fit! His workouts are fun and hard but he knows how to push you and it helps you so much. He arranged a perfect and a varied diet plan for me. Combining his diet and his training I can see great results on my body. He is the best!!!

When you call, just ask for Jared – I have been training with Jared at NYPT for the past 6 months and it has been a great experience. Having played D1 athletics in college, I already knew my way around the gym and Jared adapted my training to take that into account. He keeps the workouts interesting and challenging, and definitely pushes me harder than I would push myself if working out on my own. Jared's The Man – I've been working out with Jared for nearly a year now. I don't have the easiest schedule in the world. I both travel and end up out most nights of the week for work. Jared has been incredible working around my hectic schedule, always making time to see me and makes sure to bust my ass every time! He's great at explaining his methods, why we do what we do and tailors everything for your specific body type. All in all, A+!

Jared's training works out perfectly! – Exactly 2 weeks before my 40th birthday I made a plan to start learning to workout and eat heathier to loose extrta weight At NYPT I was introduced to Jared Rappaport and it clicked immediately btw us- Great explanation of basic work out , diet plan by Geo - I do work out about 5 timesweek At the moment; 4 weeks later I lost about 16 pounds, created a much more fit body and enjoy working out on a regular base Thank you, Jared! Best Personal Training – I have been training at NYPT for the past four months. I had never trained with anyone before and didn’t know what to expect. Turns out it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The gym is private so it’s clean and never too crowded. I was also very fortunate to have been paired up with Jared as my trainer. NYPT – worked with a few different trainers here, some more professional than others. once you find the right fit, great semi-private place where you can feel comfortable and supported. worth checking out if you live/work nearby and seeing how you gel with the place and individual trainer.
