My 94 year old grandmother has been Richie the owners client for over 30 years !!! She had a 4:30 appointment for color and cut , Richie said to pick her up a little after 6:00. I arrive 5:40 to find her sitting in the back by herself a little confused and upset as he finished cutting another woman's hair. Called ahead of time to schedule a wedding consultation for 3 people we showed up on time were told only two people can come in. The reason provided was they were at capacity. They are definitely unorganized with scheduling and during a pandemic there is no room for errors! What else is going on? Smh expected us to leave the 3rd person who is a 3 year old in a car? unbelievable!!!
I went in with a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and my hair came out even better than the picture. Can’t express how great this place is! The hairdressers were so funny,nice and make great conversation. I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you guys:).
After moving to Patchogue, I found myself in search of a new hairdresser/salon. A Google search landed me at New York, New York, but the professionalism, warmth, hospitality, and compassion is what made it my home.
