Ken is the best! Hands down!
Walked in as a walk in, was told I had 2 people ahead of me and this man proceeded to go take a lunch and take 3 people before me. If he had communicated that he still needed a lunch and had more people who “called ahead”, I would have left and came back another day. But no had me waiting there for 3 hours with “2” (4) people ahead of me. Then a person who supposedly “called ahead” walks in and proceeds to tell her “you can just leave”. Definitely never coming back again. I guess they play favorites here.
