Worst hotel experience so farThis is our third stay in Marriott Marquis. Great location, and nothing else. Quality declined dramatically. Staff are as rude as enemies; all of them.
Housekeeping is worst we had by far, not clean, we need to beg for refills several times & they won’t come. Elevators are nightmares, they run few (power saving?) & we often queue and get squashed.
Amazon orders have to go through their “FedEx office” that has limited working hours and charge “handling fees” on every package, they delay the packages, I lost 4 shipments because of them.
The harbor view rooms are well worth the cost. Fantastic staff and service. Perfect location.
I didn't use the gym, but it was very well equipped with cable machines and dumbbells. The pool was pretty nice too, and I enjoyed hopping into the steam room in the morning to awake my tight muscles.
Love this hotel! Stayed in 2508 with great amount of natural lightings and nice bathtub. The room was really spacious too.The staffs were very friendly and helped me find my lost ring after checkout.
