Unfortunately, my employer switched to New York Life, and my experience has been very frustrating. Communication has been extremely poor. Great place to plan for your future
Pretty bad when you call your life insurance company and over a week later your waiting for a reply, wouldn't you agree?
I have worked with both Kory Grella and Mark Schmeling since I have been part of NYL. There are only positive things to say. They understand and listen to what you have to say and give you advise that is specific to your needs. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. I recommend these two to all of my friends and can without a doubt know that they will be taken care of.
