I have worked with this company for months. I have never seen such unprofessional, flippant, and uncaring individuals in my life. I have a beautiful, kind, sweet, basically nonverbal husband with a rare form of dementia. For moths I asked for a male aide to help lift him and help me change him. Not only was my request never granted, but the aids that were sent were basically in need of aides themselves. I had one aide who came with an awful limp.
