I've been eating from this store once a week for a year now! I always have a pleasant experience. Staff is very understanding and gave excellent customer service! Sometimes they are busy and in hurry, but they always went above and beyond to help!!Â
New York Fries is one of my favourite spots for poutine. I don't know what's going on at this location, but I ordered a large poutine and had less than 5 cheese curds in it. I don't think I'll be returning here for a while.Â
Great staffÂ
This location is wonderful! We live next door so come here at least once a week and they know us so well that we don’t even have to ask for the cups of ketchup and an extra empty cup and silly things like that. They always have a smile on their face and laugh with us! Thanks NYF team!Â
