I found you via my Facebook news feed. You insulted and mocked a customer after he pointed out that you selectively enforce rules that aren't actually listed anywhere at your facility. I suggest you start spending money on advertising since your idea of free advertising by arguing with your customers on Facebook is probably a flawed marketing plan. Full disclosure, I don't know and have never met or spoken with your customer that has the issue with you, or rather you with him.
