Unprofessional and unwelcoming -- a complete embarrassment
I don't live anywhere near here but I have read how horrible the owner is. Beware
I sincerely hope you being a pompous ass to one customer asking a valid question was worth this "free advertising" you're getting. Working in small business myself, you do not treat people, let alone customers that way if you expect them to come back and put a good word out about your business.
Having several friends that complain about this gym and seeing the public display of comments and how they are being "managed" speaks volumes. Anxious to see how long this place lasts
