great small town gym Well worth the money. They have a variety of workout equipment, fun and energizing classes, indoor racket ball courts, and a new pool. The facility is very clean and the workers are all happily great you.
Handball for adults! This place isn't huge like the 24 hour fitness type gyms, but it has plenty of machines and rooms to get a good work out. They offer classes every week from step classes to yoga. The most popular is the hand ball courts. They are ALWAYS full.
