New York Fitness is a complete joke! Signed up for membership and personal training separate from my membership. Well my personal trainer Debbie(who I scheduled 3 appt with the day I signed up) completly forgot about me our first appt, left me just standing at the front desk and when she walked out of a class she said oh did we have a session today! Spoke with her about our next 2 and she had forgotten again(these were booked with her in person and she had them on her schedule for the past 2 weeks. At that point I asked to s... read more
Cancelled this morning. The manager was very rude and multiple times I showed up and morning class was cancelled. They also asked me to pay for my 10 year olds to sit and wait for me in a class.

I love the pool! Water arobics is my thing. Really fun!
i love that this is now open 24/7 and no contract. Lots of great equipment. Steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming/lap pool. all just perfect.
