I would put zero if I could , I was on my way to an appointment and need the address bc I miss placed it.I called 4 times twice no one answered the other 2 times I was put on hold and they never picked up the phone.I called and a person who answered said they were an officer manager who made a lot of excuses and no resolution.somethjngs never change, It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

I tried calling for a long time. No on answers the phone. I called morning and early afternoon no one answers. I am a new client or was not anymore.

I’m no stranger to the dentist’s chair- and have had my share of dental work/procedures throughout the years (braces, root canals, implants, you name it).
