Chef Ramon & Micki Marrero are native New Yorkers from the Bronx.They moved to Columbia, Missouri 15 years ago. Missing the flavor of New York style sandwiches, they decidid to bring "A Taste of the City" here to Mid-Missouri. New York Deli was established in 2005. Ramone recommended the Italion Stallion and so glad he did, it was so yummy. That italian dressing, best I've ever tasted! Also tried the Reuben and Philly, yum yum yum. This is a come back place for sure. Thanks Ramone!
Use poor quality products when catering to make a few extra dollars. Not a fan.
I'm sorry but quality of meat was terrible and false advertising. They do not have boars head in fact talk to there supplier who will tell you what kind of meat you are getting. I've gotten sick from the ham sandwich and would never recommend this to any of my friends and family. In addition there is no oven to actually make a cheese cake so when they say fresh cheese cake they mean straight from the box.
