When I first chose this bank, it was because it was right next to my house! My neighborhood is extremely Latino so most of the people that work at this bank are also Latino, which is understandable because they speak Spanish fluently and have a lot of customers that only speak Spanish! When I first open my account, I occasionally would have a hard time being patient with the customer ahead of me! A lot of of these people are new to the whole banking experience!
