Super attentive staff, empathetic, caring! Yes it is a Public Hospital and it doesn't have the fancy lobbies / guest/patient waiting areas... It DOES HAVE some of the most DEDICATED Physicians, Nurses, Staff (including the Housekeeping Staff). It's most likely someone will speak your language as it is in the melting pot of NYC!!!
