The best Hospital. Very professional Staff, caring Doctors and Nurse. Best Service. Long wait for pharmacy and blood test sometimes..but i can't complain. Based in others 6 Hospitals i was treated before..i give Elmhurst a 10 +.

Es inaudito que mujeres embarazadas tengan que esperar no 1 hora o dos para ser atendidas sino 4 horas en el piso 5, sono y NST Unbelievable pregnant women have to wait not 1 or 2 hours but 4 hours to be attended in the 5th floor sonogram and NST Thank good I'm in the last weeks of pregnancy and I just pray that labor in this hospital won't be the same as all I went true during the pregnancy here. Won't recommend to anybody this hospital was the worst experience ever
First time trying to reach insurance department a guy answers and when I said it's not a emergency hang up the phone on me after saying to call back at 9am (I called at 8:00 ,working hours mentioned on the website )I call back at 9:00 the same guy give me another phone number which nobody answer either !what a customer service !
