La peor decisión fue ir a este hospital. Pase 9 horas y media y así como entre. Salí. Porque no me mandaron nada. Y aun sigo en mi casa muy enferma. Sin duda el peor hospital para ir por urgencias. ��
@NYC H&H/ELMHURST HOSPITAL I was an ER patient at this hospital last year, there was no one came to assist me for 5 hours, and the pee sample they finally ask me to take was never picked up. Also the billing department is such a disaster, aside the fact that I didn't get any care or attention during my visit, now I have to pay for it, my insurance provider and I called multiple times try to update my insurance information, guess what? the representatives was rude and knowledgeless, they also hang up on me when they can't ans... read more
When I had my accident, I was there for 3 1/2 months. The doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and every member of the hospital were all very nice, friendly and sympathetic not just to me, but to all the patients. I was here recently for two procedures and again everyone from the doctors, nurses and staff, were very kind and friendly.
Me hablaron mal del HELLMURST pero fue distinto una atencion unica k. Dedicacion de esos muchachos y doctores me quede inprecionada x. La atencion en emergencia y en cuidados mucho mejor a todos en general eran atendidos con dedicacion y paciencia no es como me dijernon MAL HABLADOS es todo para mi fue buena no me puedo quejar
