The nurses & docs are good, but the administrative process is in need of a HUGE overhaul so no one has to go through the unbelievable run around & tormented wastes of my time these ppl have subjected me too. ...& the midwife who I had the misfortune of being "treated by" is useless. They have ONE chance to not completely screw me over tomorrow before I wage war with them.
