Very professional, very warm and friendly (and very attractive!) staff, beginning with reception and extending all the way to the doctor and her assistant. Impeccably beautiful and clean offices. I had the feeling that I was receiving the highest quality care.
Dr. Zicarelli relieved my pain while making me feel secure and comfortable. I hope I don’t need another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely go back to him!
I met Dr. Resnick yesterday as my dentist was unsure if I needed a root canal. He is a lovely caring man and when he could not decide whether it was needed after numerous testing he erred on the side of caution. He then called me after dinner on his cell to see how I was doing and to urge me if I had any problems whatsoever to call him back. So unusual these days. I thought only the dentist who recommended him took personal calls on his off hours.
The most thorough and professional and most of all honest and ethical experience I have ever experienced in all my years of having restorative dental work. This includes geographic locations I've lived and received major dental work(NYC, Los Angeles, & San Diego)

Have been with Dr Zic and Dr Resnik for decades and love them. They and the entire office staff are accommodating, interested in me as a person, and I never feel rushed. Not only do they do amazing work, they stand behind their work. While dental work is never fun, I'm always happy when I walk through their doors.
Given my unfortunately bad teeth, I have A LOT of experience with root canals. This was, BY FAR, the best experience. Dr. Donelson is an incredible doctor, who listened carefully to me, and did a superb job during the treatment and also on follow-up. The office is incredibly kind and supportive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Dr, Donelson and her assistant were really great. The Sinora x-ray machine was the best I've had to deal with. The root canal went easy, fast, and without pain. The office staff were friendly and helpful.
