Excellent care and attention from the whole team!
I (unfortunately) have had my fair share of root canals from various providers. The care I received at New York City Endodontics was superb and I highly recommend their services. The environment is very modern, the staff is very friendly and the services are very professional. The only downside is the expense (much higher than I am accustomed to for similar care).
Made my visit as comfortable as possible
Everyone is the office is amazingly kind, friendly and accommodating. And Dr. Zicchiarelli could not have been nicer and gentler with my son.
Everyone i met from the front desk to Dr Resnick and his lovely Assistant made me feel welcome and at ease. The physical layout is beautifully serene. This was a best case endodontic experience.
Caring, professional office staff
I had an emergency situation and was able to see Dr. Resnick in less than 24 hours. He was extremely thorough in explaining my tooth problem and, although I was fitted into his busy schedule, he gave me all the time in the world. I left the office feeling much better and look forward to my follow-up visit. In addition - the office is beautiful and has a very restful feeling to it - not to mention the music is great. I realize I waited a bit - but it didn't bother me at all because I, too was an emergency patient.
