I've been to several of the NYBC facilities in Manhattan. This one consistently provides the friendliest and most efficient service.
Don't bother arriving early for your appointment--they won't open the doors until exactly 12:30pm--no matter how much you stare at them through the doors.

Much, much better than the place on 53rd and Lexington.
