Dr. Garber is a great , kind surgeon. I have had 3 different surgical procedures and Dr. Garber Gastro sleeve went so smooth I was back to work in 3 days. Very little pain. And the results are incredible.

This facility made such a great first impression!!! From the friendly staff to the warm and down to earth doctor, I felt so comfortable, my jittery nerves were put to ease. I’m very excited to begin my journey with the NY Bariatric Group!!
Waited an hour for my appointment before I had to leave. I then spoke to the manager who seemed like it was no big deal thst I couldn't reschedule for 4 weeks. Very dissapointed.
Have had great experience with Dr. Garber and now with Dr. Small as I prepare for a hernia repair and tummy tuck. Excellent and caring staff - Love Jennifer who I saw again today as my PA. They spend time with you answering questions and concerns and always giving great suggestions and advice.
The surgical coordinator takes forever to answer or doesn’t answer very important questions. I have been waiting for two days for the doctor to return my call. The staff did not follow up with correct directions on medications and my surgery had to be cancelled. I waited months preparing and now because of their neglect I will not be able to have my surgery for

I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and it was the best thing I’ve ever done!!! NYBG was kind and walked me through the process! I would do it all over again if I had to I feel great and on my way to my ideal weight!!! Thanks for making me feel my normal again!!
My consultation was excellent. I was very pleased with Dr Angstadt’s thorough explanation of the process and procedures. Everything was explained to me clearly and in detail. The front desk staff are a pleasure. They are very helpful and very welcoming. I’m super excited with going forward with my weight loss journey.
