Having already fallen on bad times, we went to pick up my husband's car from their lot, and the battery was taken out. When asked why the battery was taken out (because there was a new battery in it) the woman at the desk read from the "condition" report wrote by their guy that stated no battery in vehicle. Pictures, old cd's, flashlight, and several other things were taken from the vehicle and they claimed we stripped the car and cleaned it for them to pick up.
