I am thankful for Millie's diligent management of properties.
I've had work orders in for over 6 months. They haven't been fixed as of today. On May 1st another management company has taken over. Some of the buildings are not in good shape. There's been times that the garbage wasn't even picked up. Now they're not answering the phone. I was lied to about the HOA. New World Properties is a joke.
Loaded with two kinds of cockroaches. Black mold in multiple buildings. Electric out of code. Sheetrocking also out of code. Paper thin windows. ZERO maintenance. Charge for pest control monthly but don't do anything. One time they sent someone I had more bugs after then before. Won't let you work on your vehicle but let crackheads and drunks sleep on the property and even in some. Way over priced.
