This has to be one of the most accommodating restaurants to all food regimens. If it's not on the menu or you have restrictions, I highly recommend you give this wonderful place a whirl. The Chefs will personally make sure you are taken care of. ���

Absolutely loved the food, staff and atmosphere! Located in a beautiful spot in down town Pensacola. My food was custom to my liking and was fantastic! Great variety on the menu to please anyone’s taste rather you are vegan, vegetarian or meat eater. Thanks Gus for your kindness yesterday! Silas says thank you for his ice cream! �

Love that Skopelos caters to your wants and needs and offers something for EVERYONE! Love that they have vegan options (not prevalent in our area at normal restaurants), and they are all creative and delicious! Awesome that they have the Impossible Burger too!! There aren't many places that will go out of their way to accommodate vegan options in this city but Skopelos has gone above and beyond making new menu items and introducing incredible dishes. Affordable, great atmosphere, and the staff were ridiculously friendly towards me. I will definitely keep coming back. Also looking forward to more meals incorporating the impossible burger and hopefully see it as a permanent menu item soon! You'll see me and my friends a whole lot.

My fiancé and I had our anniversary yesterday at Skopelos and it was amazing. Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the entrées to the desert and the service. We will definitely come back. The “Barcelona” is very romantic and perfect for a date night.
