The New World Inn in Pensacola Florida is a classic Old World hotel located in the heart of the historic district of Pensacola. Simply Beautiful! The customer service is classic as well. They show you to your room and hand you an actual key that turns in an actual door knob. In my room they had complimentary bottled water and snacks which I thought was a nice touch. Went to New World Landing last nite for a function and the food wasn’t that great,I received my food along with everyone at the table..except they forgot my husband till I mentioned it to the server..I had my wedding reception there over 22 years ago and the food was excellent..Ladt nite food wasn’t up to stander..
Love, love, love this place! It’s such a nice, quaint Imn! We all stayed there for my daughter’s wedding, she stayed in the bridal suite. The staff was so nice, helpful, and very accommodating ! Their special events coordinator is top notch.
Our client, touring comedian Laura Saunders, recently stayed here after a performance in Pensacola and loved the stay! The property is very elegant, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating (even after 1am!) The breakfast is free in the morning and if you've got the time there's a nice restaurant on-site for lunch. Thank you for providing such great hospitality, we can't wait to work with you again soon!
My husband and I just stayed here last night for a work related event. We were THRILLED! The staff is amazing and although the bed was softer than we liked, the staff made up for it. We had a buffet with the event and it was delicious. The bacon cheddar balls were the bomb! Salad had onions in it and I imagine if I had asked for some without onions they would have quickly gotten me one. One of our guys has to have gluten free and they were so obliging! I had a business trip and stayed for one night 07/07/17. Upon arriving I needed to check in earlier than planned and was immediately greeted by MIchelle at the front desk who for the rest of my stay, ememplied what " excellent customer service" truly means. Unfortunately, I had a few unplanned incidents that occured and each time MIchelle not only assisted in resolving the matter, but did it in such a way as to let me know that customers of the New World Inn really do matter to them.
