I love this place. As a vegetarian, there are so many delicious choices for me. Whenever I have guests come visit me from the city, I take them there for a fabulous dinner. I have never had a bad meal at NWHC. The atmosphere is lively, the staff is friendly and professional and it is one of the best restaurants in this area. The vegetarian shepherds pie on St. Patrick's day, along with the music, make that day special to me (I am never dissapointed). First rate, loved every thing! The crab cakes were awesome and for dinner the ribs were to die for. Great staff, drinks and food! Great specials on the menu.

New World Home Cooking is magnificent! The quality and bold imaginativeness of the food...the very friendly, easy going service...the pleasant, cozy atmosphere...the greatest!
New World will forever be one of my favorite restaurants. Over 11 years ago I moved from my house hat was 7/10th of a mile from there to over an hour a way. That didn't stop us from having our wedding there just about 8 years ago and returning for Mother's Day brunch almost every year. The food is always spectacular and I wish Ric would open another location in the Berkshires so we would not have to travel to get there and could go more often!
Had the Cinco de Mayo buffet tonight. Some hits and some misses. The smoked tri-tip, the ceviche and the housemade raspberry sorbet for my desert were all def hits, Pork tamales and the black beans on the taco bar very good. Our server, Amanda, was excellent. A good evening for my lady and me.
