New western promised me to return my money deposited if title was not clear instead of getting a 2% or 3% earnest money down they wanted 10% and then when we found out the title wasn’t clear they said that I could cleared up Once I purchased the property. We generally don't write reviews but this time we absolutely had to. It was an absolute pleasure working with Julie O'Rourke of New Western Tampa FL office. She hand held us through the whole deal as this was our first time investing in FL.
