New West had decided to shut down their behavioral health facilities without giving their patients any notice whatsoever. I received a text for canceled appointments, and my phone call to them confirmed my worries. What a waste of time this place was!!!! And it took over 3 years for them to get anything right. Shame on me for believing in them. Obviously, I was and am too mentally ill still. No way to leave a message outside office hours. No responses for days to messages that are left during those hours.
The specialist I had been seeing left. They new one took me off prescribed Benzo with no tapering or advice on how to handle withdrawals. This is the worst thing I have ever dealt with and may have to go to the hospital. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Edit: 7/11/23 Finally had enough After being a patient with this company for 6 years I am having to leave as their billing is so incompetent and has caused so many issues I just refuse to deal with them any more.
