New West had decided to shut down their behavioral health facilities without giving their patients any notice whatsoever. I received a text for canceled appointments, and my phone call to them confirmed my worries. What a waste of time this place was!!!! And it took over 3 years for them to get anything right. Shame on me for believing in them. Obviously, I was and am too mentally ill still. Throwing your mentally ill patients out like trash is quite medically unethical and dangerous to us and public safety. How DARE you get... read more
